Advent Of Code 2023

Advent of Code is an annual programming event that runs throughout December, offering daily coding challenges in the form of festive puzzles. It’s often treated like a casual “hackathon-style” experience, where participants solve problems using any programming language they prefer. The challenges gradually increase in difficulty, encouraging problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and creativity. Many developers use it to practice coding skills, learn new languages, or compete with friends. Overall, it’s a fun and engaging way to sharpen programming abilities during the holiday season.

About me

I am a Computer Engineering graduate with a strong passion for technology and continuous learning. My journey began with a curiosity for how systems work, which led me to specialize in Linux server administration and infrastructure management. During my studies at UPV and my Erasmus experience in Poland, I expanded both my technical knowledge and my adaptability in international environments. I have participated in research projects such as the development of an Indoor GPS system, which strengthened my problem-solving and innovation skills. I enjoy exploring new technologies on my own, often building personal projects like home servers and containerized environments. My path has been shaped by curiosity, persistence, and a hands-on approach to learning. I am motivated by challenges that push me to grow and improve continuously. I value practical experience as much as academic knowledge, and I strive to bridge both worlds. Overall, I am a self-driven individual who enjoys building, testing, and improving technological solutions.

My professional experience includes roles in software testing, server administration, and currently SAP consulting, where I continue to develop my technical and analytical skills. I have worked with tools such as Docker, VMware, Linux systems, and Selenium, gaining practical experience in both infrastructure and quality assurance. These roles have allowed me to understand how systems operate in real-world environments and how to ensure their reliability and performance. Despite being at an early stage in my career, I stand out for my strong motivation and self-learning mindset. I am constantly experimenting with new technologies, such as building and managing my own home server infrastructure. This proactive approach enables me to quickly adapt to new challenges and continuously improve my skill set. What drives me most is the opportunity to learn, solve complex problems, and contribute to meaningful technological solutions.
